During WWII, the indigenous peoples of many of the pacific islands used by US troops were astonished by the regular drops of "cargo" to replenish the troops magically as they required aid. After the war ended these people not understanding the relationship between the planes and the troops devised elaborate rituals in order to invoke the cargo drops after the US left. Needless to say it didn't work but the person that dons this shirt shows they know the history of the Cargo cults and declares that they are a source for many things of desire. 2 fer. ;)
